Automation design is as important as mechanical design in the production processes of machines. The movement capabilities that the designed mechanical design will produce during the process and the data that needs to be obtained are interpreted with this design and lead us to the results we want to achieve.
In the design of automation systems, software knowledge and knowledge of the materials/equipment to be used should be evaluated jointly. We can maximize our mobility with these two pieces of information in order to achieve the results we want. It is also useful to be prepared for any changes that may occur before and after the design.
How to choose the PLC, determining the input/output numbers, digital and analog, current/voltage levels of the analog inputs and outputs to be used, determining the appropriate module for the equipment with which temperature measurement will be made or using an intermediate transmitter, determining the communication protocols to be used in driver or display communications according to the project. It depends on many variable factors such as appropriate determination and applicability. We will examine these topics separately in our other blogs.
With the right product selection and the right algorithm, you can achieve all the results you want.
We analyze the working logic of the machine in our production and create an algorithm after making sure which data will lead us to which result. In line with the customer's wishes, we determine a design suitable for the necessary visualization and the desired level of ease of use, product selection and then a production scheme. After the approval is received by the customer, the first production work begins and after the tests are carried out, the points that want to be added or removed from the project are determined and the final version is given. The product now becomes standard production and is added to your portfolio.
